Meet Our Physicians

Our board-certified team focuses on individualized care for every woman who steps in our office.

Dr. Beal came to our practice following his career as a tenured associate professor at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. While in education, Dr. Beal received the Outstanding Educator Award twice, was a Specialty Lecturer of the Year, and was inducted into the AOA Mentor Hall of Fame.

Dr. Jennifer Donnelly

With over 20 years of experience providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to thousands of women, Dr. Donnelly believes that every woman deserves personalized care that addresses their unique needs. Experience has taught her that there is often more than one path to a desired healthy medical outcome. Women deserve to know their options, and Dr. Donnelly aims to help patients be active participants in their healthcare decision-making. She works hard to provide professional care in a comfortable environment where women know they can openly discuss issues affecting their physical, emotional, and sexual health.

Dr. Donnelly completed her undergraduate studies in biology/chemistry at West Texas A&M University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She earned her M.D. from the University of Texas-San Antonio and was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She completed her OB-GYN residency at the University of Oklahoma, receiving numerous teaching awards. She has served as St John OB/GYN Department Chair, in leadership roles on the hospital Executive Committee, and is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the AMA, and the Tulsa County Medical Society.

While Dr. Donnelly takes pride in providing comprehensive care, she particularly enjoys high-risk Obstetrics, micro-invasive surgery (including robotic surgery), menopausal care, and treating patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.

On a personal note, Jennifer and her husband, Andrew, a family medicine physician, have four children (3 are adults earning higher education degrees out of state). She’s been an avid cyclist and served on the Board of Tulsa Tough, where she helped grow the nation’s largest “all-inclusive” women’s cycling program promoting healthy lifestyles. She’s served on the Board of the Spring Creek Coalition – protecting one of Oklahoma’s most pristine Ozark streams. When she’s not on the sideline of one of her kid’s activities (soccer and tennis mom), you might find her reading, volunteering, cycling, or out in nature fly fishing on Oklahoma waters as part of the team “Fish Like a Girl.”

Every day, Dr. Donnelly is grateful for the privilege of taking care of Oklahoma women. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a family who’s struggled with infertility deliver their first child, seeing a child you delivered years ago win a high school football championship, advocating for a patient when they are struggling with a serious health issue, or holding a patients hand when they go to sleep in the operating room because all patients deserve to be treated with the highest level of care and compassion.

Dr. Lori Hubbard

Dr. Lori Hubbard has practiced in Tulsa since 2004 and brings a compassionate understanding of women’s healthcare needs to our practice. She most values the continuity of care and the opportunity to build lifelong patient relationships in obstetrics and gynecology.

Robotic surgery affords her the opportunity to perform more advanced surgery through a minimally invasive approach, allowing women to have shorter hospital stays, faster healing times, and return to their regular daily lives faster. Dr. Hubbard is honored to be one of a select few DaVinci robotic proctors for the state of Oklahoma, allowing her to oversee and teach this advanced surgical approach to other physicians in the region.

In her free time, Dr. Hubbard enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and son. Her hobbies and interests include snow skiing, wakeboarding, wake surfing (or anything on the lake!), hiking, cycling, reading, and, most recently, committing to her love of tennis. She had the honor of playing on a Tulsa-based women’s team that went to USTA Nationals in 2023.
